Vanilla panna cotta

I fancy making a dessert on a Sunday afternoon but don't want to go through too much troubles. What could be more perfect than a panna cotta with strawberry coulis on a boiling hot summer day? First time for me to make panna cotta. It's surprisingly easy and even simpler than creme brulee! It was fun to play with the leaf gelatine though I may have soak them for too long and they turned jelly in the bowl.

The panna cotta was so wobbly and creamy! I'm very happy with it. Next time I want to make a chocolate panna cotta.
